Trellist to Sponsor Public Speaking Contest at the University of Delaware

On April 18th, Trellist will be sponsoring "Now Hear This UD!," a public speaking contest at the University of Delaware. More than 50 students signed up for the competition, and preliminary rounds narrowed the field to seven finalists who will compete in the final round. The speeches will be evaluated by a panel of expert and celebrity judges.

This contest is designed to demonstrate the importance of communications, with the added goal of empowering university students to use their voices and public speaking in creating the future. Trellist is sponsoring "Now Hear This UD!" in order to support the University of Delaware's goal of fostering effective communication skills among students, and to recognize the important role public speaking plays in business and our community. The event is organized by the University's Department of Communications.
