Trellist Supports an Agriscience Leader with Change-Enablement Communications
Trellist has partnered with a global agriscience leader to provide communications strategy, messaging, and design for a variety of IT change-enablement initiatives. As the company embarks on a sweeping digital transformation, Trellist is crafting timely, targeted, and engaging internal communications that help employees understand what to expect, reinforce the centrality of change to the company’s future, and answer the essential question of “what’s in it for me?”
“Organizations must change to improve their processes and maintain influence in the marketplace,” said Todd Metzger, Partner and Chief Client Services Officer at Trellist. “But organizations consist of people. You can’t force change; you have to lead through it. Our services are helping equip employees with the knowledge and ability to change, and reinforcing why change of this nature is so valuable.”
Trellist has worked closely with the company’s IT leadership since early 2020 to define a team structure and roles, create a communications plan, and develop assets, from training materials and knowledge articles to “all hands” emails and social updates. The work will help drive the successful rollout of a number of planned IT system improvements and encourage their adoption by a globally distributed user base.
