Chris Wallace, Trellist Social Business Strategic Leader, recently participated as a presenter in Sprinklr’s “Social@Scale” Summit at Barclaycard US in Wilmington, DE. Social@Scale brings together leading social experts from across the nation to present on enterprise social infrastructure.
Social@Scale covered the 5 C’s of enterprise social infrastructure: Community, Content, Collaboration, Campaign, and Conversation. Wallace’s presentation, “Social Media is for Selfies: Stepping up to Social Business”, covered the differences between social media and social business, and the value implementing a social relationship infrastructure brings to business.
Leaders from other social brands, including AAA, Sinclair Broadcasting Group, and Barclaycard US, also presented at the event, which was attended by approximately 70 people. In addition to presentations, attendees and presenters took part in networking sessions throughout the day.
Trellist will host Social@Scale in December in Philadelphia.
