Trellist Engaged to Improve Digital Acquisition Strategy

A provider of digital and print marketing solutions called on Trellist to  improve and enhance their digital acquisition strategy to help generate new, qualified leads. 

The company, a growing provider of print, web, and digital services to small businesses, has been challenged growing its customer base through the customer acquisition channel.  While the company has created meaningful content and has a strong value proposition, it is challenged with delivering the content in a way that engages and converts  new leads.

 After conducting stakeholder interviews and evaluating the company’s current lead cultivation process, Trellist recommended a digital lead generation pilot program to jump-start the company’s acquisition channel. The solution includes delivering a targeted messaging strategy focusing on home services that engages leads with interesting and relevant content. As leads connect with the company they will be curated  into the CRM via digital ads, social, etc., and then cultivated into new business.
