Trellist Creates a Roadmap for Launch of New Government Site

11/23/2016
A bi-state government agency was going to be updating the consumer website for its national US passenger and vehicle ferry system. The development of the new site was to be part of a request for proposal process, but before they could put the project out to bid, requirements needed to be defined. Trellist performed an audit and analysis of the current site, as well as customer surveys, and stakeholder interviews. From there, the firm was able to define the business, user, and technical requirements for the new site which would include a flexible content management system, advanced functionality which would incorporate ecommerce, ticketing and tracking services into a customer relationship management platform, a responsive design, ADA accessibility and PCI compliance. Trellist created a roadmap for implementation, as well as wireframes, and a platform recommendation, arming the agency with its needs as it prepares to receive proposals.
