Working directly with the Global Communications Leadership Team, Trellist is providing impartial data analysis to quantify the effectiveness of the brand’s online and print news, television, and radio efforts. Leveraging Sprinklr’s powerful social/digital listening technology, Trellist is tracking volume, publication ranking, sentiment, share of voice, and other key metrics and insights to help optimize PR efforts for the overall brand and key business units in regions spanning the globe.
