Trellist Marketing and Technology is pleased to announce that Sacha Awwa has joined the firm in the dual role of Practice Area Leader for Digital Marketing Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Awwa is responsible for supporting end-to-end market growth for Trellist clients as well as providing guidance for Trellist's packaged services and product strategies.
Through previous work developing go-to-market strategies for organizations including the Army National Guard and The New York Times, Awwa has distinguished herself across a broad spectrum of industries and in a variety of disciplines, from brand development and consumer product marketing to digital media consulting and strategic communications. In addition to her legacy roles at a variety of companies, Awwa founded her own company where she served a number of successful startups as a media consultant and head of digital marketing, supporting their founders' vision, developing strong go-to-market strategies, and working to take companies public.
Based in Miami, Florida, Awwa will drive Trellist's client engagement on digital strategy, martech stack, communications, and analytics, and ensure a cohesive communications flow for external projects. As Trellist CMO, she will lead the company's expanding marketing strategy and the implementation of campaigns that support product launches, spur growth, and bring attention to the firm's unique capabilities. The role plays to Awwa's strengths of "building and optimizing a company end-to-end; getting all things in place from a creative, systems, and analytics standpoint."
