Designer (Multiple Positions and Levels Available)

We are hiring up to 8 designers in the following varying levels of experience and varying contract terms: 

  • 1-2 mid-level design specialists on site, full-time for a 3 month contract that may be extended and/or with the ability to be hired permanently following the 3 month period 

  • 1-2 mid-to-senior level specialists on site, full-time for 3 month contract that may be extended and/or with the ability to be hired permanently following the 3 month period 

  • 4-5 junior level designers remote, 25-30 hours / week per person for a 6 month contract that may be extended and/or with the ability to be hired permanently following the 3 month period  

We are looking to fill these roles immediately. 

 

Description: 

We are seeking highly skilled designers at the junior, mid and mid-to-senior levels, with the ability to lead and execute on high-quality creative concepts, design solutions and direction for various mediums across print, digital and motion tailored to the Financial Industry. The ideal candidates will pair strong conceptual vision with hands-on execution and strict adherence to brand standards and identity in order to drive measurable impact through innovative design solutions.  

Mid and mid-to-senior level designers will have the ability to think strategically to develop the art direction for the materials and/or campaigns.

Candidates should expect to work closely with other designers, content writers, developers, project managers, and key stakeholders throughout the design process.  
 

Key responsibilities (applies to all levels unless stated otherwise): 

(Mid and Mid-to-Senior Level) Strategic & Creative Leadership:

  • Develop campaign concepts that align with business objectives and regulatory standards.  

  • Translate financial products/services into accessible, compelling creative executions. 

  • Direct the creative vision across multi-channel campaigns (email, digital display, direct mail, landing pages).  

  • Lead strategy and planning sessions and garner input from key stakeholders to develop cohesive concepts.  

Campaign Execution:    

  • Create and deliver design solutions from concept through production.  

  • Apply direct response design principles to maximize engagement and conversion. 

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing outputs. 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:  

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (copywriters, developers and account managers) to ensure unified campaign delivery. 

  • (Mid and Mid-to-Senior Level) Collaborate with and/or oversee external vendors. 

  • (Mid and Mid-to-Senior Level) Present creative strategies and campaign concepts to senior stakeholders. 

  • (Mid and Mid-to-Senior Level) Oversee budget and resourcing management. 

Brand and Identity Maintenance: 

  • Maintain and develop design standards and brand identity. 

  • Ensure all brand standards are in compliance with other company-wise policies. 

 

Candidate requirements (applies to all levels unless stated otherwise): 

Experience:   

  • (Mid-to-Senior Level) 5-8 years of design experience, including at least 3 years in a senior designer capacity. 

  • (Mid Level) 3-5 years of design experience, including at least 1 year in a mid level designer capacity.  

  • (Junior Level) 2+ years of design experience. 

  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing campaigns within the financial services industry (banking, lending, insurance, fintech, or wealth management). 

Technical Skills:  

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design platforms.  

  • Understanding of data-driven design principles and creative optimization practices.  

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations specific to financial marketing.  

  • (Mid and Mid-to-Senior Level) Know how to successfully design for component libraries within CMS platforms such as Adobe AEM. 

Core Competencies:  

  • (Mid and Mid-to-Senior Level) Strategic thinker with proven ability to link creative output to business goals.  

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including for Mid and Mid-to-Senior Level  the ability to influence at the executive level.  

  • Ability to align with comprehensive and complex visual identity guidelines while maintaining creativity and campaign effectiveness.  

  • Balance brand storytelling with direct response and conversion priorities. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • UX/UI design experience for digital financial platforms.  

  • Experience with developing brand illustration and supporting concepts for motion graphic animations.  

 

Candidate nice-to-have qualities (but not limited to):  

  • Familiarity with agile design/development methodologies
