The challenge

The organization's website should have been one of its most important marketing and communications channels. Instead it was hard to update, it didn't work well on phones or tablets, and the user experience needed real attention.

Because every change took time and effort, content went stale, and the site drifted further from the story the organization wanted to tell.

What we did

Trellist's Enterprise Technology, Branding + Marketing, and Digital teams worked together on a strategic technology solution built on Progress Sitefinity CMS.

• A platform built for self-service. The new site put content control in the hands of the marketing team.
• More than 10 custom widgets. Purpose-built widgets make it easy to update time-based content such as events and meetings, news and press releases, and product information.
• Training that sticks. Hands-on user training and written guides meant the team could keep the site current on its own.
• A modern, device-friendly experience. The redesign gave audiences an experience that works on the screens they actually use.
