Trellist | Quals.ai Affiliate Partner Program Guidelines

These guidelines govern participation in the Trellist | Quals.ai Affiliate Partner Program. They apply to all approved affiliates and are designed to keep the referral process clear, professional, and mutually beneficial. Review them before applying or referring an opportunity.

Program Guidelines

  • Referral-Based Program: This is a relationship-driven referral program. You introduce opportunities, and the Trellist team manages all demos, proposals, negotiations, and delivery.
  • No Authority to Bind Trellist: Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or agents of Trellist, nor make pricing, contractual, or other binding commitments on Trellist’s behalf.
  • Accurate Representation: All communications about Trellist, Quals.ai, and related offerings should be truthful, professional, and consistent with materials provided or approved by Trellist.
  • Disclosure Requirements: Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including FTC guidelines on sponsored or affiliate content, when promoting Trellist or Quals.ai on social media or other public channels. Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their financial relationship with Trellist in any such communication.
  • New Opportunities Only: Commissions apply to new opportunities that are not already in active discussion or engagement with Trellist at the time of introduction, and that are not independently sourced by Trellist or already an existing client relationship. An introduction becomes eligible for commission only once Trellist has reviewed and accepted it in writing or via CRM designation as a qualifying opportunity.
  • Compensation Subject to Agreement: All commission eligibility, structure, and payment terms are governed by the formal Affiliate Partner Agreement and any applicable deal-specific terms. Commissions are earned only on revenue actually received by Trellist.
  • Approval & Participation: Participation in the program is subject to review and approval. Trellist reserves the right to accept, decline, or remove participants at its discretion.
  • Flexible Engagement: In some cases, introductions may evolve into broader engagements (including services or advisory work). Where applicable, Trellist will work with partners to define appropriate structure and compensation for those opportunities.

Agreement & Updates

These guidelines are part of the formal Affiliate Partner Agreement executed at activation and may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to the current version.
