The challenge

This asset management firm was redesigning its authenticated secure site, a complex initiative spanning several internal teams with a hard launch date. UX, development, and QA could not wait on one another in sequence.

The client needed a partner who could coordinate across three internal teams on its own, report status daily, and keep the Adobe work on track without disrupting the wider program.

What we did

Trellist stepped in as the embedded technical partner, with senior front-end development and deep Adobe Target knowledge. The team worked from a clear hypothesis: a streamlined preview of the new site with an intuitive opt-in toggle would raise engagement, because transparency and control build trust.

  • Independent coordination. We worked across three client teams and reported daily, so the project manager could stay focused on broader objectives.
  • A Coming Soon page. With the client's UX team, we developed the public-facing Coming Soon page, embedding a micro frontend through Adobe Target.
  • Built-in feedback. A thumb survey inside the Target page variation captured qualitative feedback from users.
  • A phased rollout toggle. An opt-in toggle in Adobe Target let the redesign be activated by audience for all investor clients.
  • Quality and accessibility. Trellist oversaw QA and made sure accessibility standards were met throughout.
  • Connected environments. We kept the public-facing and authenticated experiences working together smoothly.
