Some of the most important moments in a pregnancy happen between appointments. Our client, a regional health system, wanted to give patients and their loved ones a higher level of care during those weeks, without adding strain on its care teams.
That meant an app that felt warm and trustworthy to expectant families, while fitting the health system's clinical and operational goals.
