A website as fresh as the gardens it showcases

The challenge

Our client offers something new every season: events, exhibitions, and garden blooms that change throughout the year. Its outdated website couldn't keep up, and it wasn't doing enough to attract members or excite visitors.

The organization needed a site that made frequent updates easy, so its best and newest experiences were always the first thing people saw.

What we did

Trellist grounded the redesign in research, then delivered a new brand-aligned, accessible website and the training to keep it current.

  • Listening first. We led stakeholder interviews and patron surveys to gather insights.
  • Data-informed priorities. We analyzed website usage data and the most-visited topics to see what audiences valued most.
  • A focused message. We consolidated the messaging strategy around prioritized users, and enhanced the color palette and digital brand guidelines.
  • An accessible, responsive site. We designed and developed an ADA-compliant, responsive website, then trained staff and provided ongoing support.
