Giving managers one dashboard for their team's critical tasks

The challenge

Our client was in the middle of a major company-wide transition, and every employee had a list of crucial tasks to complete on a tight timeline. Managers were accountable for their teams getting it done, but they had no single place to see who was on track and who was falling behind.

Without that view, managers chased status by email and leaned on already stretched company resources for answers. Staff was limited, the stakes were high, and new tasks kept arriving as the program moved forward.

Trellist designed and delivered a manager dashboard that put team progress in one place, then gave managers clear direction on how to use it.
