The challenge

Our client's B2B audience includes the partners, suppliers, and businesses that work with its portfolio of 15+ travel brands. Over time, each brand and team had built its own presence, and B2B social had grown into 23 separate channels.

That sprawl made it hard to speak with one voice, measure what worked, or put effort where it mattered most. The company wanted a new, holistic B2B social strategy that every brand could work from.

What we did

Trellist redefined, developed, and implemented the new B2B social strategy, then stayed on to help run it.

  • A full channel audit. We audited all 23 social channels to find efficiencies and outlined a strategic roadmap for consolidating them.
  • Workshops that set the foundation. Trellist led multi-day workshops with social media team members to lay out foundations and agree on key business goals and KPIs for the year ahead.
  • Enterprise software, selected and enabled. We selected, implemented, and enabled a new enterprise social software solution to drive the strategy and engagement.
  • Ongoing partnership, including the annual meeting. Trellist provided ongoing strategy and support as a natural extension of the global social team, and managed social channel strategy and engagement for the company's annual meeting.
