Utilization and burn tracking, run from a prompt

Managing employee utilization and burn meant living inside the Workamajig interface and pulling reports by hand.

What we built

  • Built a custom Workamajig MCP, a secure connection between Claude and the project system.
  • All utilization and burn tracking is now managed directly from Claude, conversationally.
  • Live project and staffing data is read and acted on without opening the tool.

Event management · Track Rabbit + Stripe

An event platform with no admin interface

Administering Track Rabbit, an event registration platform, and reconciling its finances ran entirely through the UI and manual finance work.

What we built

  • All admin management is now done by prompt. The interface is no longer required.
  • A second connection to Stripe brings financial data straight into Claude.
  • Financial reconciliation for the registration system is handled end to end.

For B2B clients, lead flow was fragmented across CRMs and routed by hand, from intake all the way to the distributor who works the lead.
