When a global coatings firm separated from their parent company, they were faced with the arduous task of migrating previous IT infrastructure and building out newly needed IT architecture around it. Big changes in document management were also on the menu, and steep financial penalties were in play if things did not transition quickly and smoothly.
The company knew they needed data management experts to tackle this tall order, but also knew how long it could take to identify and hire the right people. So they called in Trellist’s expertise. After an initial discovery phase, Trellist outlined the project requirements and assembled a team consisting of both onsite and offsite resources who would complete the migration and data management project quickly and efficiently.
In addition to providing staffing management, Trellist developed updated SharePoint workflow systems and custom applications to exceed previous client standards.

Heading up Trellist’s PMO, Jessica is a seasoned project manager with extensive, cross-industry experience in project, campaign, and client management. Jessica brings the proven ability to exceed client expectations through her well-practiced approach to managing project objectives, requirements, critical milestones, and budgets.
Zach is involved in all aspects of human resources, from benefits administration, to policy compliance, to employee advocacy. With a passion for employee self-governance and a commitment to ethics, he views HR as an extension of the executive within Trellist. He is responsible for setting and implementing HR strategies that protect the company and its employees, reinforce Trellist’s core values and culture, and empower employees to take ownership of their careers.
