With nearly 15 years in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries—including tenures with Radius Health, West Pharmaceutical Services, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (now Pfizer)—Hamilton brings a fine-tuned business sense that comes from working in a variety of enterprise and nonprofit environments. She possesses a broad communications skillset, including concentrations in public relations, social media, crisis management, change enablement communications, and advocacy relations.
Hamilton will lead the development of internal and external messaging and branding as an extension of the firm's broader marketing and digital strategy—aligning all communications with brand identity, establishing meaningful ways to connect employees in a virtual world, and supporting business-critical programs through a consultative approach. She cites Trellist's "unique, flexible organizational model" as one reason she was attracted to the company.
