After completing a significant acquisition, a leading Global Distributor and Supply Chain Solution Provider realized that their web properties did not represent their true technology savvy and forward-looking vision. Additionally, it did not provide an optimized experience for customers who wanted to purchase products online. Trellist began a business, marketing and technical consulting engagement to redefine the client’s corporate and eCommerce web properties in March 2016.
Through the implementation of a cohesive, forward-looking corporate web presence, the client hopes to support revenue growth, continue to extend their thought-leadership in their industry and attract new and experienced employees across the globe. By creating a streamlined and user-friendly eCommerce website, the client will significantly increase revenues and customer satisfaction. To help the client to attain this goal, Trellist will conduct interviews with key stakeholders, customer and suppliers, as well as, perform an analysis of the client’s current sites, corporate competitor sites, eCommerce competitor sites and best in class eCommerce sites. In the initial phase of the engagement, Trellist will be completing the requirements for the new websites, as well as building out the target audience personas and the Customer Experience Strategies for each site.
