The challenge
Our client wanted to show up at a major science and engineering festival as a leader in scientific innovation. The festival floor is crowded with exhibitors, and visitors decide in seconds which booths are worth a stop.
The booth had to do two jobs at once: move people through the space comfortably and give them presentations memorable enough to start conversations and capture leads.
What we did
Trellist's branding and marketing team designed the booth from the floor plan up and helped bring it to life on site.
- A layout built for traffic flow. We designed the booth space so visitors could enter, move through, and engage without bottlenecks.
- Signage with a purpose. All booth signage was designed to guide visitors, tell the innovation story, and support lead generation.
- Interactive models people remember. Trellist created 2-foot interactive models of a nose and an antibody that made the science tangible and drew people in.
- Hands on site. We provided people to help with setup so the booth opened ready.
