Training built into the intranet, with video, progress meters, and scores

The challenge

Our client's staff already relied on the intranet for day-to-day information, but training lived somewhere else. Sending busy clinical and administrative teams to a separate system added friction and made completion harder to track.

The health system wanted training to feel like part of the intranet itself. Staff needed to watch, learn, and see how far they had come, while managers needed a reliable view of results.

What we did

Trellist integrated training modules into the intranet so learning, tracking, and reporting happen in one place.

• Built-in training modules. We developed training modules that live inside the intranet, so staff reach them from the tools they already use.
• Video integration. Video content plays right in the module, keeping lessons engaging and easy to follow.
• Progress meters. Each learner can see how far along they are, which makes it easier to pick up where they left off.
• Score reporting. Scores are captured and reported so the organization can see who has completed training and how well.
