The challenge
Our client's corporate channels were reaching people, but a brand account can only go so far on its own. Scientists, engineers, and sales staff often have more credibility with customers than the company page does.
The company wanted a robust social media ambassador program that would give those employees an easy, well-supported way to share its story, and it wanted the results to show up in its core social metrics.
What we did
Trellist built the ambassador program and tied it directly to the metrics the company already used to judge social success.
- A program with structure. We defined how employees join, what they share, and how often, so taking part felt simple and repeatable.
- Content worth passing on. Ambassadors received ready-to-share posts shaped for their own networks, keeping the message consistent without making it sound scripted.
- Goals tied to real metrics. The program was measured on the company's key social success metrics: impressions, engagements, and follower growth.
- Quarterly tracking. Results were reviewed quarter over quarter, which made it clear what the program was adding and where to push next.
