We're looking for an experienced social media manager who is a creative and savvy professional to help our account teams elevate the brand presence of our B2B clients through social media content planning, organic and paid campaign management, and social-first copywriting.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media, communications, public relations, or content marketing
- Knowledge and proven success in planning and executing B2B social media marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage a brand's presence on social channels, including community management
- Experience with measuring and optimizing the impact of social media programs and campaigns
- Creating and maintaining social media calendars and posting schedule for clients
- Ability to write clear, engaging and consistent messaging for a brand's target audience Have excellent written, verbal, presentation, and research skills
- Ability to work in a self-managing environment and as part of a collaborative team
Candidate must be familiar and capable in several of the following areas:
- Understanding of the social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter (both in paid and organic)
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Sprinklr
- Knowledge of and experienced in running social media paid campaigns
- Proven understanding of social media metrics and reporting
Candidate Nice-to-Have Qualities (but not limited to):
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field Experience with building brand awareness for financial or health care institution
- Knowledge and awareness of YouTube platform along with video creation SEO / SEM exposure and experience
