SharePoint Developer

We are seeking to hire a SharePoint developer as an hourly contractor responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting clients with our inhouse SharePoint solutions team.

RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Configure and customize SharePoint systems according to the requirements and design specifications
  • Extend the functionality of SharePoint with web parts, electronic forms, automate process flows and other technologies
  • Develop SharePoint pages, sub-sites and process flows based on requirements
  • Ensure cross-browser/device compatibility
  • Ensure ADA compliancy where applicable
  • Create business rules and process flows for content management and accessibility
  • Gather requirements, analyze and revise content, and manage updates
  • Estimate level of effort based on requirements and designs
  • Devise solutions to meet business requirements
  • Integrate 3rd party systems into SharePoint
  • Support SharePoint users requests and issues

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

  • SharePoint 2013\Online expertise
  • SharePoint architecture
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Technical and functional knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Design Power BI dashboards
  • SharePoint Designer (2013)
  • Experience with SharePoint Site Collection Administrator
  • Microsoft APIs
  • HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/SCSS
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate well with other technical staff and client decision makers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment with strict deadlines

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Experience and knowledge in UAT, functional testing, regression testing
  • Experience developing SharePoint Framework apps
  • PowerShell
  • CSOM
  • SQL skills, particularly knowledge of MS SQL and MySQL databases
  • Documentation skills
  • Knowledge of tools such as JIRA
