Qualified candidates must exhibit strong digital marketing analyst leadership skills with at least 3 years of professional experience.
Ideal candidates can define marketing-based metrics, build KPIs, and suggest improvements for clients across a variety of industries. Candidates must be able to analyze complex data sets, track and measure insights, build critical reports, and draw key insights.
Success in this role requires business engagement with the ability to communicate and present insights effectively, to build professional relationships, to collaborate with account team members, and to influence outcomes in a cross-functional, self-managing matrix organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to interpret, consult and measure performance of client's digital marketing initiatives (including multi-channel marketing initiatives)
- Understanding of marketing best practices to drive business goals
- Ability to deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations to clients
- Experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations
- Understanding of large corporate environments
- Expertise and experience with data visualization dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into insightful non-technical stories
- Degree in an analytical or business-related subject, such as marketing, market research, data analytics, economics, or business administration
Candidate must be familiar and capable, and have experience with:
- CRM, eCommerce & CMS systems
- Email Platforms
- Google Marketing Platform & Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Optimize, Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics)
Candidate Nice-to-Have Qualities (but not limited to):
- Familiarity with database queries/programming languages (SQL, Hive, Python and or R)
- Experience with Social Media and Listening platforms (Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.) including Boolean knowledge
