We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Designer. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, consultant, and problem solver who works closely with digital marketing, brand marketing, research, and product teams to create world-class digital experiences across the customer’s end-to-end journey.
The Senior Customer Experience Designer will provide strategy, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, web design across various client b2c and b2b brands This designer should be comfortable in a collaborative setting and be ready to own projects, interview and communicate with stakeholders and prospective users/consumers, use data to drive decision making, push creative and digital boundaries, all while keeping the user’s needs top of mind.
Work with project leadership and client stakeholders to translate client business goals and requirements into recommendations based on best practices that help define scopes of work. Conceive, design, test, and iterate intuitive, effective solutions that deliver the highest quality user experience for client deliverables such as responsive websites, mobile apps, , VR/AR and other digital experiences
Identify opportunities for existing website and app enhancements and define user and functional requirements through persona development, user flows, wireframes, and/or prototypes
Work closely with graphic designers, front-end developers, web content specialists, and account management partners to ensure web functionality and designs are implemented accurately
Provide direction, project oversight, and mentorship to other team members as needed
Provide thought leadership for the practice area by contributing ideas for content marketing related to customer experience and UX best practices
