Senior Analyst, Marketing Communications

We are looking for an experienced marketing and communications analyst to join the team with one of our large clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform all duties of a marketing communications professional as needed for the company’s lines of business
•  Monitor of the competitive MC activity and ensure feedback to marketing / sales
• Ensure cross-regional know-how and experiences are leveraged and deployed efficiently in EMEA
• Provide direction to consultants and campaign managers to successfully translate desired outcomes into communications assets that effectively deliver results in both digital and print environments
• Deploy an agreed set of KPI’s / Dashboard to regularly measure and communicate progress
• Manage the network of agency partners to ensure consistent creative standards
• Maintain and monitor brand identity for the product brands and align with the company brand standards and strategies to provide a seamless customer experience
• Execute integrated communications strategies that support corporate and business objectives, and marketing communications needs at all locations in EMEA
• Provide support at tradeshows and company events, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field of study
• 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communications, events and media relations (primary experience in B2B environment, preferably in a global environment)
• Experience in developing and executing marketing communications strategies and providing communications counsel to the business
• Fluency verbally and with strong written communications in English is required (Other European languages, such as German, French, Spanish, etc., are a bonus)
• Ability to act with initiative and independence and excel in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
• Strong Team player with excellent planning and organizational skills
• Computer and social media literacy is critical
• Digital marketing experience would be a plus
• Up to 10% travel required
