We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and paid media advertising to join our team as a Paid Media Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of paid media advertising across various digital platforms, ensuring effective targeting, optimization, and performance measurement. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platforms to ensure effective campaign execution and collaboration
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engines, social media, display networks, and video platforms
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and optimal advertising channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including bid management, keyword selection, audience targeting, and creative testing
  • Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance and optimize ROI


  • 4+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and advertising platforms
  • Experience with budget management and campaign performance tracking
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts and their impact on paid media campaigns is a plus
