We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Analyst to join our team and help our clients track and measure their brand-building efforts and customer acquisition strategies within leading digital platforms.
In this position, you will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing our client’s marketing campaigns to drive business growth and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for assessing campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who is has deep experience with the Google Marketing Platform, the Adobe Experience Cloud, and other digital channel platforms, and is passionate about leveraging data to make informed marketing decisions. As part of this role, you will be expected to present insight reports directly with client stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities
- Analyze sales funnels and customer intent data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Measure the return on investment (ROI) of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement
- Track and analyze metrics for email campaigns, including delivery rates, open rates, and click-through rates
- Monitor the distribution and performance of paid advertising campaigns within allocated budgets
- Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmark data to gain insights into market trends and opportunities
- Identify and recommend website and campaign optimizations based on data analysis and industry best practices
- Research and implement marketing tools, such as automation software and social media scheduling platforms, to support promotional projects
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst with an agency environment
- Expertise in using Google Analytics to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
- In-depth understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) campaign strategies and search engine optimization (SEO) practices
- Experience with managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Experience with merging and visualizing different types of data for business audiences, using tools such as Tableau or MS Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
