Trellist is seeking a highly motivated individual for our Full Time Inside Sales Support Representative position in our company's rapidly growing Ventures and emerging services division that primarily serves the Automotive and Motorsports industry!

WHO WE SEEK

We are searching for a highly motivated individual!  This is a great opportunity for the motor sports enthusiast who is looking to get their foot in the door with a growing industry leader! Get first-hand experience and gain knowledge in a variety of highly sought after motorsports arenas.

The individual we seek will be highly organized and have the ability to handle making multiple calls on a variety of industry product offerings as well as implement account set-up and services. This person should be positive and enthusiastic in their presentation and knowledgeable in their pitch!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound warm calls to clients and business leads with the intent to schedule appointments or book sales directly
  • Commission available for success beyond hourly rate/salary
• Account implementation, on behalf of clients, on ALIVE’s varying tech platforms

• Content edits to client account information on varying tech platforms

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 

• Experience in making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Prior experience with all Microsoft products but especially Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to learn specialized systems
• Responsible for exhibiting high level of professionalism and represent the values of the company and turn customer detractors into promoters
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to dissect a problem
• Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers/peers
• Applicable experience in lieu of degree
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work a set schedule with some nights and weekends
• Work independently
• Is confident in skills but humble in attitude
