We’re looking for an experienced visual designer to serve as a creative lead on client accounts. The ideal candidate will be both an art director and a user experience leader, with the ability to develop digital product foundations, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. This candidate should also have the strategic vision to understand how inclusive design and information architecture work together for an ideal product experience.
We’re looking for someone who can work with our clients to understand their brand and business objectives, and then collaborate with internal creative and development teams to execute designs that will meet those goals.
Minimum of 5 years of professional agency experience in design, communications, or marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Knowledge and proven success in researching targeted users and competitors, and executing interactive product designs
Ability to develop and support a brand’s design platform, while creating engaging and consistent visuals for target audiences
Experience in providing art direction and developing layouts for a wide variety of media including mobile apps, landing pages, direct marketing, digital advertising, print collateral, and social media
Confidence in sharing strategic user insights with our clients to help them more effectively engage with their audiences
Ability to work with internal creative teams and external client teams to develop and optimize designs
Possess excellent written, verbal, presentation, and research skills
Comfortable working in a self-managing environment and as part of a collaborative team
Candidate Nice-to-Have Qualities (but not limited to):
Experience with building brand awareness for financial or health care institutions
Experience with modern design tools, such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Miro
Experience with user insights platforms, such as HotJar, Crazyegg and Google Analytics 360 Suite
Experience with modern marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc.
Experience content management systems (CMS), such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, and Sitefinity
Audience segmentation and personalization
During the interview process, candidates must be able to provide and present relevant work examples, focusing on what they contributed to the projects and clearly explaining what role(s) they played.
