We're looking for an experienced digital marketing lead to serve as a data-driven consultant and marketing leader on client accounts. The ideal candidate will be both a channel strategist and a B2B marketer, with the ability to develop robust omni-channel strategies based on business goals and campaign performance.

We're looking for someone who can work with our clients to understand their marketing objectives and outline their customer journeys, and then collaborate with internal creative teams to meet those goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, public relations, or corporate communications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge and proven success in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including marketing playbooks
  • Experience in planning and organizing organic content and paid media
  • Confidence in sharing campaign and data insights with our clients to help them more effectively engage with their audiences
  • Ability to work with internal creative teams and external client teams to develop and optimize content within designated channels
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, presentation, and research skills
  • Comfortable working in a self-managing environment and as part of a collaborative team

Candidate Nice-to-Have Qualities (but not limited to):

  • Experience with modern marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, etc.
  • Experience with social listening and social media management and analytics tools, such as Sprinklr and Sprout Social.
  • Experience content management systems (CMS), such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, and Sitefinity
  • Proficiency in the administrative modules of social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • SEO / SEM exposure and experience

Hiring Requirement

During the interview process, candidates must be able to provide and present relevant work examples, focusing on what they contributed to the projects and clearly explaining what role(s) they played.
