Amazing opportunity to join a growing digital team.  We’re looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expert with a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and a track record of consistently improving organic search results for clients.  The ideal candidate is analytical by nature with a strong desire to grow their skillset.  If you have a talent for turning data into actionable insights, then this is the position for you. 

 

In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for managing SEO projects across a diverse set of clients.  The SEO Analyst/Consultant splits time between ongoing SEO engagements, short-duration SEO consulting projects and providing SEO support for website development/redesign projects.  This person will be responsible for managing SEO campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve clients’ sites’ rank, and generating reports for all clients.  Must be able to analyze and deploy SEO best practices for website builds and existing websites.

 

You must be able to work independently with sole responsibility for some deliverables.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are required.  Success is heavily dependent on your ability to prioritize tasks and compete projects on time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, manage and optimize SEO campaigns while serving as the primary day to day contact for internal and external SEO efforts
  • Be the ‘project’ manager for SEO efforts on assigned accounts
  • Perform keyword research, write optimized HTML tags, provide content recommendations, and consult on website architecture (internal linking, schema mark up, etc.)
  • Leverage your expertise in technical SEO to ensure client websites are created and maintained properly
  • Help clients bridge the gap between SEO, content, and social media
  • Monitor changes in the digital space to identify new opportunities to keep our clients ahead of the curve
  • Utilize tools such as Screaming Frog, MOZ, Keyword Planner, Google Search Console (aka Webmaster Tools), Google Analytics and others to perform analysis of client websites
  • Analyze and report campaign performance data to provide actionable insights for clients and internal teams

     

    Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years managing SEO, preferably with an agency
  • Knowledge of organic search ranking factors with the ability to make recommendations on HTML optimizations
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, MOZ, Keyword Planner, Google Search Console (aka Webmaster Tools), Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing SEO for both B2C and B2B clients
  • Be familiar with social listening and how it can help drive content strategy
  • A basic understanding of paid media and how SEO can help support overall marketing efforts
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Must be self-managed and able to communicate
  • Experience scoping and estimating SEO projects is a plus.

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field with 2-4 years of business experience; SEO experience required

Trellist is looking to hire an Associate Director of Copy.

 

The Associate Director responsible for defining strategic direction and developing B2C copy for our financial clients. Position requires a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills who can work effectively with other team members to create a variety of direct response and promotional marketing materials, including email, web and direct mail.

 

This role can accommodate contract or full time.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Write concise, informative and engaging copy and persuasively communicate creative ideas and rational  
  • Write clear, persuasive and compelling copy that generates response and is consistent with the voice of the brand
  • Work independently and/or collaboratively with creative designers and other team members to develop concepts for both digital and print materials 
  • Establish message strategy and story based on target and segmentation
  • Ensure work is strategically sound and within brand guidelines
  • Develops breakthrough concepts and writes concise, effective copy for multi-channel direct response campaigns (including direct mail, email and other digital media)
  • Collaborates effectively – from project start to finish – with creative directors, graphic designers, and other copywriters to produce winning creative executions
  • Superior presentation skills for communicating everything from concepts to campaign creative for client consideration and approval
  • Proven ability to generate customer response by writing highly effective ad, digital, and marketing copy (e.g., taglines, headlines, sub-headlines, RTBs, CTAs, etc.) along with storyboarding and scriptwriting (TV, radio and video)
  • Analytical skills required to research any topic, identify customer insights, and integrate data points into creative executions in the most impactful way
  • Adopts the voice, personality and tone of client brands (across a number of industries) by accurately interpreting brand and language guides
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of any size with changing demands while maintaining deadlines and budgets
  • Think conceptually and also work hands-on writing copy
  • Develop test strategies for direct response (print and digital) communications
  • Present creative and participate in client meetings

The primary purpose of the job is to:

As a key member of the Business Process Management Center of Excellence, you will drive continuous process improvement throughout the enterprise. Lead cross-functional teams and work with key stakeholders to evaluate and streamline key back-office operations processes. The Business Process Engineer is the most senior, more technically skilled of the Business Process Management/Consulting team. As such, the Engineer may oversee efforts of the Business Process Manager/Consultants and analyze and make recommendations regarding the most complex and/or expansive operations processes. Serves as a catalyst for a culture of continuous improvement through the use of Lean philosophies and practices, as well as Six Sigma methods and process management approaches. Helps the organization adopt Process Improvement methods. Focus is on business processes and transactional operations.

Education & Experience:

  • Required Bachelor’s Degree
  • Required 3 plus years of previous management experience with direct reports a plus
  • Required 5 plus years formal Process Improvement experience ( using Lean, Six Sigma, Re-Engineering or equivalent)
  • Preferred 10 plus years healthcare payer or provider experience
  • Knowledge of managed care operations and products (Medicaid or Medicare experience a plus).
  • Understanding of basic financial and accounting terms
  • Knowledge of claims processing platforms
  • Experience with Provider Network Operations transactions and data
  • Six Sigma Black Belt required
  • Master Black Belt is a bonus
  • Significant Large Scale Process Improvement experience required
