We are currently seeking a highly creative and analytical Sales and Marketing Executive to sell innovative digital products, services, and media opportunities to businesses that can take advantage of our well-funded start-up of cutting edge products in the automotive and motorsports industries.  

Qualified candidate has a passion for all things automotive, and is an adrenaline seeking business development based marketer that knows how to (and does) sell directly and indirectly to businesses via in-person meetings, calling, and marketing to earn sales revenues.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ideate and sell revenue stream concepts to businesses with b2b and b2c products we create
  • Develop pricing strategies for each rev stream idea, with our product management and business management teams to get faster sales and revenues
  • Understand how to communicate new ideas to prospects for sales efficacy
  • Organize types of prospect/client selling, to sell and market to them cost effectively, utilizing help from the agency as needed
  • Look for a challenge and be willing to grow with the company
  • Ability to establish relationship with new customers
  • Review and analyze the assigned account list to develop a sales action plan.
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email and phone calls to establish in-person meetings.
  • Prepare for in-person meetings with prospective customers.
  • Attend in-person meetings with prospective customers.
  • Be highly responsible and responsive
  • Willing to travel
  • Must have sales, marketing and communications experience

Trellist is looking to hire an Associate Director of Copy.


The Associate Director responsible for defining strategic direction and developing B2C copy for our financial clients. Position requires a creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills who can work effectively with other team members to create a variety of direct response and promotional marketing materials, including email, web and direct mail.


This role can accommodate contract or full time.


Key Responsibilities


  • Write concise, informative and engaging copy and persuasively communicate creative ideas and rational  
  • Write clear, persuasive and compelling copy that generates response and is consistent with the voice of the brand
  • Work independently and/or collaboratively with creative designers and other team members to develop concepts for both digital and print materials 
  • Establish message strategy and story based on target and segmentation
  • Ensure work is strategically sound and within brand guidelines
  • Develops breakthrough concepts and writes concise, effective copy for multi-channel direct response campaigns (including direct mail, email and other digital media)
  • Collaborates effectively – from project start to finish – with creative directors, graphic designers, and other copywriters to produce winning creative executions
  • Superior presentation skills for communicating everything from concepts to campaign creative for client consideration and approval
  • Proven ability to generate customer response by writing highly effective ad, digital, and marketing copy (e.g., taglines, headlines, sub-headlines, RTBs, CTAs, etc.) along with storyboarding and scriptwriting (TV, radio and video)
  • Analytical skills required to research any topic, identify customer insights, and integrate data points into creative executions in the most impactful way
  • Adopts the voice, personality and tone of client brands (across a number of industries) by accurately interpreting brand and language guides
  • Ability to manage multiple projects of any size with changing demands while maintaining deadlines and budgets

Marketing Program Manager-

The Marketing Program Manager will collaborate with partners, associates, and business divisions to support and execute strategies for client marketing initiatives. You will be working in a professional services environment that provides marketing, design and technology solutions.


  • Support the development of positioning strategy to attract and retain customers
  • Working with the business divisions, assists in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to support program objectives and enhance customer relationships participate in research, support and maintenance of effective online campaigns
  • Assist in the creation of targeted, content to generate leads, foster desired actions or responses, encourage viral pass-along, and capture valuable marketing data
  • Assists Associates and Partners in preparation for client meetings



  • Minimum BA/BS degree – preferably in Marketing / Communications / Media Studies
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously while collaborating with corporate marketing team and subject matter experts, as required
  • Demonstrated and proven success in marketing strategies
  • Minimum of 2 years media buying experience
