David Atadan
Managing Partner

From the beginning,
David Atadan has been managing change and guiding our company in new directions.
In developing our organizational model, David recognized the need for structure
in our approach and flexibility in the way we work with our clients. These have
become primary characteristics of Trellist.
During his 22 year career, David has held management and executive level positions
at companies in telecommunications, computing and interactive media, from Fortune
500 companies to mid-sized corporations.
David founded Trellist in 1995 with Pat Toman to capitalize on the market shift
where corporate IT, marketing, advertising and operations were becoming increasingly
interdependent on each other. The company was built in response to these changes
and to create efficiencies that came from the balance of marketing, design and technology.
David serves on numerous regional advisory boards and is a frequent speaker at industry
events. He is at the forefront of providing the thinking that many of today's most
influential Thought Leaders are talking about. Among his board posts are First State
Innovation (advisory board), the State's Economic Development Office's Emerging
Technology Center, and Digital Delaware.
Pat Toman

Many of the creative approaches
we take for developing solutions for our clients are inspired by our co-founder,
Pat Toman. From the beginning, Pat's approach has been at the center of the way
we develop strategy and solve problems.
Over his 30 year career, Pat has been a Partner at Image Techniques, a leading audio
visual firm that delivers business support services to many Fortune 500 companies.
As a co-founder of Trellist, Pat has developed the eBusiness strategies that are
key to ways in which we operate.
Currently, he provides marketing and communications programs for our clients in
the manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. Pat developed the eBusiness strategies
for creating Southco's online presence, which has been recognized as the best business-to-business
website in the world for the last 2 years running.
Pat is actively involved in his community of historic Arden, DE where currently
serves as the Mayor. He is also involved in community arts and performance projects.
Pat also serves as a board member for various Arden Guilds.
Jie Yang

With Masters degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science, Jie is always combining the right elements together to create
a success. His career spans over a dozen years, with eight of those years at Trellist
where he develops IT strategies, applications and technology solutions while managing
the company's technical staff.
Jie's many years of hands-on information technology experience effectively combines
his in-depth specialized education in a way that uniquely benefits our clients.
His prior leadership roles in IT management, web development, web server installation
and network administration provide background knowledge that is key to recommending
options, solutions and staffing that efficiently work for our clients.
Along with providing leadership to the technical staff at Trellist, Jie provides
direction and management for some of our largest clients, including David's Bridal
where his technology solutions are evident throughout all their sites.
Jie holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Nankai University in China, plus his Masters
degree in both Chemistry and Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
George Rotsch

George has provided the methodology
we use to produce results-oriented solutions for our clients. He leads the e-learning
practice that has helped scores of clients efficiently educate their sales and marketing
teams.
George brings over 20 years of solid business experience in corporate marketing
and communications, and business development roles.
He has held management positions at DuPont where he was employed for 15 years in
marketing positions. He was the founder of Virtual Workshops within DuPont, which
was acquired by Trellist in 2002.
George leads strategic development programs for e-broadcasting, manages strategic
partnerships and develops new business strategies while consulting with major clients
on new program concepts that address their e-business and communication objectives.
George earned an MBA from the University of Delaware, an International Mass Communications
Certificate from the University of Manchester (England) and a degree in Advertising
from Penn State University.
Diane Legault

As a CIO–level executive,
Diane has been bringing her style of innovation into organizations across the globe.
As a Senior Consultant at Trellist, Diane brings this experience to the forefront
in how we incorporate technology into our every day business planning.
Diane has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in project management,
e-business, change management, strategic planning and IS portfolio management.
Before joining Trellist, she was worldwide VP of IS for Commercial Operations at
Sanofi-Aventis with global IS responsibilities for sales, marketing, medical, business
development and distribution activities.
Her previous experience on the client side in Senior Director level positions provides
client-side perspectives that ensure that Trellist's technical recommendations are
aligned with our client's goals.
Diane holds a B.S. degree in Business Information Systems from the University of
Phoenix, as well as credentials from the Wharton Executive Program in Finance.
Bill Kopco

Bill takes marketing strategies
and turns them in to creative communication programs that motivate consumers and
impresses clients. He combines his experience on both client-side marketing and
advertising agencies to produce practical solutions for clients.
Prior to joining Trellist, Bill was an independent marketing and advertising consultant
working with clients such as MBNA America and ARAMARK where he handled numerous
new product and services launches.
He served as Vice President of Marketing for Cybereps, a leading online advertising
sales and publishing company. He was responsible for all marketing, advertising
and public relations for the company while developing interactive marketing programs
for national advertisers on many of the most popular websites on the 'net.
His advertising agency experience includes Rapp Collins Communications (a division
of the Omnicom Group), where he developed the promotional launch of Freschetta Rising
Crust Frozen Pizza. His worked helped Freschetta gain a place on Ad Age Magazine's
Top Marketed Brands of the Year.
Bill has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Penn State University.
Gavin Garrison

Gavin's background in project management and production scheduling has provided a strong sense
of order to Trellist. Our matrix-based organization enables us to shift resources
to projects swiftly and cost-efficiently, and Gavin has played a key role in resource
management throughout the company.
Gavin brings over 12 years of experience to Trellist; nine of those years were at
MBNA America in senior level roles in Business Analysis, Project Management and
Marketing.
He also served as Master Production Scheduler at Ocean Spray where he developed
scheduling strategies that improved productivity and profitability.
Gavin hold a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware
with a concentration in Operations Management. His studies included Statistical
Process Control. Total Quality Management and Material Planning and Production.
Jim Auer

Jim joined Trellist in 2006
and brought his strategic planning skills and marketing integration know-how to
the company. His experience in developing integrated marketing and communication
programs for some of the most recognizable names in the nation has helped numerous
Trellist clients' capitalize on their marketing opportunities.
Jim's 25 year career has included positions with several leading New York and Boston
advertising agencies and consulting firms, managing technology, consumer goods,
retail/hospitality, financial services and business-to-business accounts.
Jim has guided communications programs for clients as diverse as Fidelity Investments,
Dell Computer, Lotus Development Corporation, W.R, Grace, BASF, Life Savers and
Frito-Lay.
He has had his own consultancy, serving marketing and advertising businesses. Trellist
merged Jim's consulting company to provide further benefit to clients in higher-level
strategic planning.
Jim holds a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Poised to increase
the overall service offerings of Trellist, Jake effectively helped launch a technical
staffing division. Bringing experience, and hiring only the best in the technical
and clinical industries, has allowed Trellist Technical Staffing to bring new options
to our clients, to offer a complete solution.
In a career spanning recruitment, sales and management, Jake has always been an
overachiever. Among sales reps at a national company, for example, his work placed
him in the top 3%. Jake’s passion for excellence helps him evaluate candidates and
client opportunities to find the best model for getting the job done.
Jake has provided client services to global corporations such as IBM, Bank of America
and Wyeth, while also supporting emerging companies at early stages.
Jake holds a B.S. in Sports Medicine and Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State
University.
