decision, one of our clients, a mid-sized global auto parts manufacturer, was motivated
to re-evaluate its business approach. Our client was operating successfully with
a traditional marketing, sales and distribution strategy. However, as the market
continued to evolve, the business team faced a very different future. How will the
consumer shop for auto parts? What role will eCommerce play in a future marketing
